There are no fees/costs to/for the artists to be featured in the magazine. This venue is offered as free advertising to the artists. When possible we ask the writers/artists/participants to put links back to IFVA's website on their blogs or websites.
Due to the cost of a printed copy of the magazine, we are unable to furnish any free copies to any of our writers/artists/participants. However, high gloss hard copies of all past issues are available to purchase at any time and can be shipped internationally, through IFVA's page at MagCloud. Also available as eBooks on Amazon.
Please follow these instructions carefully. Please email your photos as a separate attachment, do not embedded them in any formated document.
Do not use 3rd party file transfer programs, unless prior arragements are made.

Up to 6 pages is allotted for the artist/entity in the magazine. A variety of 8 to 12 photos (300 dpi .jpg in RGB - Magazine page size is 8.5" x 11") are needed of the work along with ashort description for each photo. 1 to 2 photos of the artist/entity at work or place of work. We do not download photos from websites... you must email your images in the largest size allowed by your email account.
Bio:
A 250 to 450 word bio/summary of the artist's/entity's field of work and any contact info to be listed in the magazine. Please copy and past your bio into the email being sent to IFVA. This prevents problems that can occur when downloading attachments.
Labeling of Photos (no spaces between the words, please):
NameofArtistTypeofArtNameofArtMagIssue.jpg.

For Featured Articles: Film, TV & Stage Artists & All Other Writers:
Your article submission should be around 750 to 850 words in length, with 1 to 5 photos, along with photo credits and descriptions. At least 1 of the photos should be of you. And your contact information that you would like listed.
Please copy and past your article into your email, do not send it as an attachment. This prevents possible problems that sometimes occur when downloading attachments. However your photos should be sent as an attachment.
